Daniele Perego, PhD student in Materials Engineering, will be awarded (with the Premio di Laurea 2011 "A. Volta") by the Istituto Lombardo Accademia di Scienze e Lettere

Daniele Perego, PhD student in Materials Engineering (and former, Master student in the CMIC Department) will be awarded with the Premio di Laurea 2011 Alessandro Volta by the Istituto Lombardo Accademia di Scienze e Lettere, for his Master Thesis on 

  “Electrodeposition of Metal-Oxide-Metal nanowire heterostructures for ReRAM applications”

   Supervisor: Silvia Franz, Dept. of Chemistry, Materials and Chemical Engineering “G.Natta” - Polytechnic of Milan 
   Co-supervisor: Sabina Spiga, MDM Laboratory, IMM-CNR (Agrate Brianza – MB)

  This Prize will be assigned in February 2012 to the best Master Theses in electrology, electrochemical, physical aspects of electrical engineering and electronics, historical aspects, discussed in Lombard University, during the period 1st September, 2010 - 30th October, 2011.
